INSPIRATIONAL STORY 6 :- Looking at Mirror

One day all the employees reached the office and they saw a big advice on the door on which it was written: “Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. We invite you to join the funeral in the room that has been prepared in the gym”.  In the beginning, they all got sad for the death of one of their colleagues, but after a while they started getting curious to know who was that man who hindered the growth of his colleagues and the company itself.

The excitement in the gym was such that security agents were ordered to control the crowd within the room. The more people reached the coffin, the more the excitement heated up. Everyone thought: “Who is this guy who was hindering my progress? Well, at least he died!” One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside it they suddenly became speechless.  They stood nearby the coffin, shocked and in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin: everyone who looked inside it could see himself.

There was also a sign next to the mirror that said: “There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth: it is YOU.” You are the only person who can revolutionize your life. You are the only person who can influence your happiness, your realization and your success. You are the only person who can help yourself.  Your life does not change when your boss changes, when your friends change, when your partner changes, when your company changes. Your life changes when YOU change, when you go beyond your limiting beliefs, when you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life. “The most important relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself” .

Moral: The world is like a mirror: it gives back to anyone the reflection of the thoughts in which one has strongly believed. The world and your reality are like mirrors lying in a coffin, which show to any individual the death of his divine capability to imagine and create his happiness and his success. It’s the way you face Life that makes the difference.

HOW TO MAKE 2017 YOURS

A Very Special Bank Account:

Imagine you had a bank account that deposited $86,400 each morning. The account carries over no balance from day to day, allows you to keep no cash balance, and every evening cancels whatever part of the amount you had failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every dollar each day!

We all have such a bank. Its name is Time. Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever time you have failed to use wisely. It carries over no balance from day to day. It allows no overdraft so you can’t borrow against yourself or use more time than you have. Each day, the account starts fresh. Each night, it destroys an unused time. If you fail to use the day’s deposits, it’s your loss and you can’t appeal to get it back.

In same way if you loss 2017 u wont get it again. 2017 is just for you each and every second in this year is for you. Each and every moment of this year is for you. This is your time to make it big. This is the time for which you were waiting for from years. This is the year which is going to be better then any other year which you have thought of.

A year of past, which you are currently thinking as a best year of your life. Believe me this year has capability, to make you capable enough to build 2017 as your best year. In future you might get a years better then 2017 but that also will be because of this 2017. This year has everything what one desires from it. It has 365 days, each day has 24 hour, each hour has 60 minutes, each minutes has 60 second and every second of this is of yours. You need give your best effort. Maximize, your energy to make that small second count in your life.

What every you ever thought you are best at. Use all you effort and energies to increase your efficiency in the work which you think you are best at... DO THIS FOR ALL THOSE SECONDS. ALL THOSE MINUTES. ALL HOURS ALL DAY.. THROUGH OUT THIS YEAR. Believe yourself it will change your life. You can make each and every second count by making to put you best effort in that moment. If you do so, Can anyone in this world take this time away from you. Can anyone on this planet earth can take your success away from you.

If u give ur best in each and every moment after that also Do you think this year won't be yours.

It can't be. It will be yours. So what are you waiting for, start doing what you want to do. Start thinking what you want to be. Start practicing for what you have been living for. Start it now. Your time has already begun, if you waste any moment this time is not going to wait for you. No one ever can buy you your time. Even if we put, the wealth of the world kept on one side, still it can't bring you the this "time"  back. No one can give you your 2017.

But There is only one person who can take it away from you. He lies between you and your 2017. Its non other than your believe. Make your believe strong. Start believing this year this moment this work (whatever work you are doing)  is mine. Start respecting what you doing. Start believe what you are doing no one else in this planet earth can do who will stop you from reaching your goals. No one can stop you. You would be UNSTOPPABLE..

This was all i said to myself on eve of 2016

I thought this is worth a share. I should it share with everyone. These line were mine. But now it time is yours. You should make this lines as yours.. Now its time to read these line for yourself. You are owner of this line now.. Read it again. Read it till you can feel these line. Read it till you can feel you dreams. Read it till you can believe on you dream. The moment you start to believe on your dream everything will itself come in its place as a solved puzzle .

HOW TO FULFILL CHILDHOOD DREAMS..

Lets start with a fiction..

A child dreams of becoming something very big, famous and rich. He had dreams, on which he believes. Thinks those would be true a day. But as time passes He starts learning words like.. Impossible, difficult, competition, pressure.. Dream becomes hazy with these words. It can also be said, As his mind dictionary grows his dreams becomes narrow.

The people around him start saying what they think is reality. Reality or rather there point of view towards the world.  Children learns everything which he observes. He too perceiving the world from those persons eyes. Those other person who gave up on their dreams say, "its impossible, nothing can't happen '. He starts believe their reality which is.." its impossible, nothing can happen. He gives up on his dreams.

Think for a moment who is this child. This child with lots of dreams but when grows up is without dreams.

Who is this child? 
Each one of us has been thought this emotions. Each one of us has felt this rejection then gave up..  Everyone wanted to be successful, rich and worth when they were small but as grown-ups they start believe people around them and becomes a quitter.

There has to be something wrong with our surrounding.

What is our surrounding doing with us?
Our surrounding is making us believe by saying, "The way in which  you think is impossible to live or be, we have been living in this environment. We have been living in this salary. We haven't achieve it till now. Who on the earth are you to achieve it. If we the society have not been able to achieve it you too will fail so why worth even trying.."

We loss here, we give up, we stop, we surrender,we accept and we become what they wanted us to become rather then what we wanted become.

The negative powers of society takes over us.

How does this negativity effects us?
We all share our thoughts with our friends, family and relatives. When we say  to them like, "i wan to buy a big house, i wan to be the vice president of this company, i want to achieve something big...

Our friends and relatives will think we are joking. And if at all they believe you they will say, " poor guy, you should have learned something from surrounding".

Now repeat this same with President of your company, he will not laugh. He knows this can be achieved. BIG MEN DON'T LAUGH AT BIGGER IDEAS. PERSON LAUGHING HE HIMSELF HAS NOT ACHIEVED IT, SO HE THINGS NO ONE ELSE WOULD BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE. This makes him laugh. These people are negative people with negative attitude and negativity. They are those negators who can snatch you dream from you. They have power to put you from a gold mine to a coal mine.

Its not easy to be around negative people they will make you think something.  These people are master of destructive thinking. So next time when we you meet negators just reverse there think.

Look at this eg,  very simple one, a glass of filled water till half of it length. A person gifted with extreme negative attitude will only see empty portion and will be able to convince everyone with full conviction that glass itself is of no use as it is half empty. Simply, i mean totally negate the portion which is filled. Make you see that in some time you will also believe him and accept this fact.. Use less glass.. But its half filled and remember two half filled glasses makes a full glass of water.

On daily basis we come across to these stuffs of society. They will conditions you in there thoughts. Here you need change the environment .

1) REVERSE WHAT THEY SAY - This will make you look at not empty but filled portion..
So if you actually give it a deep look somewhere those negative person shows us the right way or motivate you. They don't show you, "what to see" but at least they say, "what not to see".

2) YOU CAN ONLY GET EFFECTED IF YOU ARE IN DOUBTS - Now again we come to same place how much positive are you , if you are positive you will take positive thoughts even from those exceptionally determined negative person and wont allow them to effect you in any negative way to demotivate you. You might also manage to make them see positive side of what you doing. Here clarity of whatever you are doing is important. If you are clear no one can stop you. So, POWER LIES IN YOU HAND.

3) ASK QUESTIONS To NEGATORS-  You should start asking questions to those negative people. Why?.. If anyone says its not going to happen, ask them..
WHY YOU THINK IT WILL NOT ?
WHY YOU THINK I CANNOT DO IT?

Believe me 90% of people will have no answer. This time they WILL BE QUITTING  after your question.. Next time, do ask them.

Now coming to Rest 10%. They will give you answer listen to them carefully. They will say you  problem, which you might face. They will guide you. But remember listen to them VERY CAREFULLY.

4) BE A DEAF -  This is most difficult one of all. But if you are highly inspired to reach you dreams, this is possible. You won't be able hear anyone. Try to give it a practice for some day after it, words of other won't effect path of your success..

Inspirational story 5 - Who Are You Listening ?

Once upon a time, there was an ambitious group of frogs who competing a climbing competition. The goal was to reach the top of a peak of tree. A huge crowd of frogs had gathered around the tree to watch the race and cheer the contestants. The race began.

The frogs in crowd could not believe that the tiniest frog contestant would ever reach the top of the really big tree.  After all, it was a really big tree. The crowd grew and they were yelling,

“Oh, that is WAY too difficult!!’

“They will NEVER make it to the top.”

“Not a chance that they will succeed. The tree is too high!”

One by one, the all frogs began collapsing, falling from the tree.  Except for few , who were in tempo, climbed higher and higher.  But the crowd continued to yell,

“It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!”

Many frogs got tired and gave up. The tiniest frog continued climb higher and higher and higher. It appeared that this one little frog wouldn’t give up!

All of the other frogs had already given up climbing the really big tree, except for the one tiny frog who continued to climb.  After his amazing effort, he reached the the very top of the very tall tree! Of course, all of the other tiny frogs wondered how this one tiny frog managed to make it to the top when so many others had given up.

A fellow contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal?

It turned out that the winner was DEAF!

Moral : Never listen to other people’s tendencies to be negative or pessimistic.  Don’t give permission to others take your most wonderful dreams away from you.  Believe in yourself and be just like that tiny frog who didn’t listen and you just might make it to the top!

Winners never pay attention to what other people’s opinions are when it comes to their dreams and goals. Focus on your goal and march in confidence. People who are not playing with you, people who are not helping you reach your destination, will always have opinions and generally – a negative one. Do not pay any attention to them.

0 and 1 :- APPLY BINARY NUMBER IN LIFE TO GET SUCCESS..

Lets try to understand life and opportunities from 0's (zero) and 1's (ones).
After taking a look of these numbers, first thought which comes to our mind is, they are binary number. Today i am going to explain something through these numbers which is much different from binary concept. This concept, if understood properly might change, the way you think about life..

Lets start with a question. Which one you think,  from these has higher value 0 or 1...
Now when i focus on numerical value,then the answer would definitely be 1. But when i say actual value the answer would be zero. How does this different took place and it effects our life. Let us discuss with some examples.

Firstly lets take one.. Lets me put 1 with another number what would be i getting in return. Eg 10 multiply by 1, 10 divided by 1 what we get.. We get the number itself. This is theory now let us take some practical examples..

A person with his value as 1 get in a company. What he will return to that company?  We know the value of 1 and what it returns, it will exactly return the same value or in other words add nothing to company's growth. It also means he is not giving company any better results expected of him. Does any company wants a person to be with them who doesn't have any add on value to company?

Don't you think a company hired a aspirant to increase the company's business rather then getting the same value? So in this condition the person whose value is one would be rejected as he doesn't prove to a different but becomes one of those who has no value for the company.

Now let start discuss about number zero.. If we multiple it, it make the whole value zero but if we divide zero with anything the result is infinite.. Zero never returns us same value whereas earlier  we saw 1  return us same value as earlier. This is enough to prove zero act as game changer or x-factor. Now lets use zero in practically way.

Many people doesn't realize this, they make there value 1 which is of no use ultimate gets rejected. 90% of people do this. From 100 only 10 person understand real value of themselves.  Only understanding of real value of ourselves will not land us on the doors of success, we need to put effort for it..

Here a person has two choice he starts inserting those zero(efforts)  on left side of a number, he goes on increasing the number of zeros (efforts) in left side. Does placing of zeros(effort) on left side will ever effect the overall number. He knows what is important and start give his best effort but does one mistake. He puts all his efforts in wrong direction ultimately gets no results. There were only 10 person in this group from 100 who understood real value. From this 10 person only one person understands the right direction in which efforts will give results. Other 9 person goes on placing zeros in left but that one person starts putting those zeros on right side.. After every zero(effort) in right direction the value  increase not by 1 or 2 times it increases by 10 time.. Every zero in right direction increase value of number by 10 times. He doesn't need to put 100 zeros, only 3 zeros will have him value 1000 times more then the previous one.

This is done by 1 person out of100. It means only 1 person from 100 get success, don't you think we know the name of those 1% success people. Each and every person who is at top of game of life is 1 out of those hundreds. We know some names of those person who are s passes these barriers..

Don't you want your name to be written in this list.. Start finding zero, its hiding somewhere inside you..

How to get right directions in life and give our best efforts - this article is all about importance of these things.

Its important now  to know whether, the things on which we are working are correct for us or not and how to let us get ourselves give our best efforts...(stick to it for some time, if desire related to it strong then it is right) ...
